Q: How many guests can we celebrate with?
A: We can comfortably accommodate 125-225 guests
 
Q: What is needed to reserve my wedding space?
A: A signed rental agreement with food minimum and overnight room minimums, deposit and a signed credit card authorization or check.
 
Q: What time frame can we reserve our wedding ceremony/reception space for?
A: Rental time varies but is generally from 4pm – 12pm.
 
Q: What does my food minimum include?
A: Your food minimum is not an inclusive price rather an amount that we require you to spend on food during the course of your event. This is figured prior to service charge and tax being calculated.
 
Q: Do you have guest accommodations?
A: Yes, we have 102 guestrooms
 
Q: Are weddings only allowed in the summer months?
A: We are available for you to celebrate your wedding vows year round. 
 
Q: Do you allow outside catering?
A: No, we have a talented culinary team and menu that is exceptional.
 
Q: How rigid are your menus?
A: We have delicious menus in place, but would be happy to work with you if you have a special request.
 
Q: Can we bring in our own wine and beer?
A: No, we have an award-winning wine and beer list for you to select from.
 
Q: Do you allow us to bring in our own wedding cake?
A: Yes, if you need recommendations we have a preferred vendor list to select from.  Please speak with your Wedding Planner once the contract has been signed.
