The Cedars, Laughing Lily, and the Summit Auditorium comfortably accommodate groups from 50 to 200 depending on the room selected and set-up requirements. Suites and Dens located inside the Dreaming Dogwood and Sleeping Spruce buildings accommodate up to 12 guests. The Parlors, located in the guest buildings, are also ideal for breakout meetings complete with a fireplace, comfortable seating, snacks, and beverages.
The Reflections Gallery and the Copperleaf Room in the main building offer ample space to mingle, collaborate, and relax between sessions. Or gather in the Lending Library from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily for a game of pool or an evening cocktail made to order.
