The Stuffed Mushroom Dining Room offers guests a great place to gather for breakfast, strategize at lunch, and enjoy Pacific Northwest favorites for dinner. With floor to ceiling windows and views of Cedarbrook's 18 acres of natural wetlands, the dining room offers both a relaxing environment for meeting attendees, and an intimate dining experience for banquets and weddings.

The Stuffed Mushroom Dining Room seats 175 people for a buffet and 225 for a plated dinner. The dining room also includes a built-in sound system and drop down projector screen.
